Hello ladies and gentlemen,
In the Islamic Republic of Iran, for more than 24 years, we have officially witnessed the extensive
activity of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The remarkable response of various popular
groups, used to express identity tools on minorities or [?] of capacity and power of NGOs in Iran
has been very significant. Also, since then we have witnessed regional and international activities
of these NGOs in various fields, including in relation of ethnicities, minorities or religions, etc.
The dominance of social and virtual networks of relationships has made the use of this opportunity
a priority for NGOs to communicate and provide networks. In this regard, one of the most
important issues in Iran is intersection of NGOs and social networks in relation to increasing
intersection cooperation and friendship between minority groups with other groups and societies.
Fortunately, due to the interaction, we see in multicultural Iran the least violent literature produced
in relation to minorities, compared to the other multicultural countries. In some cases there are
mostly malignantly sentences or caricatures are published in the media against one of the minority
groups. We see other groups that NGOs immediately enter and take the [?] and begin to vanish the
misunderstanding.
As a result of the [?] that we use our experience seen in Iran and accumulation and cooperation of
non-governmental groups and the social network, to reduce hatred and literature of violence
against minorities.
Thank you!
