Speaker: In the name of God. Today we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the adoption
of the rights of minorities. While it face serious challenges of implantation which needs the
special attention of the United Nations, states, NGO and other stakeholders. One of the
many challenges is the non-separation of the concept between [inaudible] and religious
minority. Many [inaudible] in the name of religious minority may treat in war and security and
peace as well as harm the moral and social security of cities by promoting deviant beliefs.
Social media have become platform for the spread of hate speech and assignment of
violence against minorities. On the other hand, the lack of a human rights institution to
protect the fundamental right [inaudible] of minorities based on the declaration has
practically distorted the respect of tradition of religious minorities. And it has provide ground
for violating their right in various social and political fields by parties and [inaudible] groups.
