I would like to talk about the role of the United Nations in promoting a more appropriate culture of cooperation on social media to combat hate speech against minorities. In this regard, the issue of combating hatred against minorities on social media is a very sensitive and important issue: it needs training, and study and a serious implementation, also due to the fact that many countries have diverse populations and different minorities, and in the course of education and study, consideration may be taken according to the specific circumstances on the behaving of national interests, national security, etc. Therefore, do not adhere to the effective naturality in establishing a policy of combatting violence against minorities, in which case, we should refer to the achievements of the last 100 years. In my opinion, the United Nations and its affiliated organizations and groups are the best and most legitimate international institutions that can, beyond national parties, groups, racial, linguistic, or religion, and sexual interests, take responsibility for studying and training and overseeing the implementation of a serious strategy to combat the spread of violence against minorities through social media. On this addition, Iran can help a lot to share its own experience to solve this problem. Thank you for your attention.
