We propose that Recommendation No. 14 be reformulated as follows: 1- States shall immediately enforce national legislation to eliminate discrimination on the basis of national origin; ethnic and religious origin; language and to punish the offenders. States are required to effectively involve minority representatives in the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of development policies and programs; including the context of the post-2015 development plan as a means of promoting good governance and reducing inequities and inequalities. We also propose that Recommendation No. 39 be reformulated as follows: 2- International and regional organizations should increase their technical support and assistance to a State with a good record of minority protection; in accordance with United Nations charters; These organizations are expected to bring justice, prevent armed conflict and train staff and law enforcement agencies Based on its human rights record; It should support close diplomatic relations with States in order to promote such technical assistance in advance and implementation.
