Secondly, we should improve support and assistance of education in less developed ethnic minority areas. Certainly, more attention should be paid to the ethnic minority students. The schools should provide more opportunities and come up with special [inaudible] to help ethnic minorities to develop themselves. Including offering [inaudible] paired up with assistance between professional teachers and ethnic minority students. And forming peer assistance and study groups evolving all students from different ethnic groups and so on. Here above are my experiences and suggestions to share as a teacher working in Minzu University dedicated to ethnic minority education. Thank you very much.
