Considering the numerous calls for redesigning and re-initiating the system of universal protection of human rights, and considering how marginalized minority issues have been since 1945, the Special Rapporteur reiterates his call 84 for a world summit on minority issues, to ensure that those issues will not be left out of the post-2030 agenda, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, to consider such issues as a cornerstone of a new human rights architecture, acknowledging diversity as a renewed foundation for the universality of human rights for the twenty-first century. 84 18 Ibid., para. 70.
