My word today about the Contempt of Religions whic h is c rime targeting Minorities espec ially after we spotted its Reperc ussions during the last three years as follows: A) Judgment the c hild Gamal Abdou Massoud ( 16 Years old ) with Rigorous imprisonment for three years bec ause he posted a Photo on Fac ebook : It was said to be offensive to Islam III! Ac c ordingly, sec tarian violenc e erupted targeting Mankabad Baheeg, Al Adwe and Dar Eslam villages in Assiut Governorate, Consequently displac ement for his family from their village in the beginning of 2012. B) Judgment Demiana Ebeid Abd El Nour Sc hool Teac her in a small village of Luxor Governorate with Six months Confinement and 100,000 Egyptian Pounds Fine dated 12/06/2013 by Mohammed El Tamawy (Judge), who refused to listen to the defense request and did not ac c ept to c all for her supportive witnesses, whom are Sc hool Manager and Sc hool board of trustees president. These Two did not find any physic al evidenc e against her. It is worth saying that Artic le no. 161 from Egyptian Penalty Law where Demiana Abd El Nour was c onvic ted, states c learly the penalty as follows: Confinement and pay 100 to 500 Egyptian Pounds fine, where the c ourt did not respec t the Law and went beyond Merc ilessness spec ially when Demiana Salary is 150 Egyptian Pounds per Month, whic h means she will need 150 Years to pay the fine!!!! C) Judgment Kirolos Shawky young man with Rigorous imprisonment for Six years who suffers from sight weakness whic h c onsider disability in the Army Law so he c ould not serve in the Army bec ause of his Eyes.
