Unfortunately, today, in most societies with liberal legal systems, Muslim minorities are discriminated against, and there is no guarantee for the rights of persons belonging to minorities, especially Muslims. You do not support the survival of minorities and protect their identity. Various pressures in some countries have caused the Muslim minority to hide their culture and religion. Deprivation of participation in social issues; Economically because of being Muslim Applying an unfavorable situation to Muslims in connection with cultural-Islamic centers based in Europe The Muslim minority does not enjoy equal fundamental freedom and all human rights Despite the explicit announcement of Article 2 (UNDM), there are discriminatory laws that make it difficult to establish cultural-Islamic centers in Europe. Failure to create favorable conditions in order to empower people belonging to Muslim minorities Creating restrictions on the publication of material related to Islam and the impossibility of expressing opinions discriminatory and insulting speech; Especially in public and private television and radio programs Discrimination against Muslim women; Limiting the veil for Muslim women and impairing the right to choose the type of veil in some European countries Considering that the United Nations has an important role to play in relation to the protection of minorities, Considering the importance of the work done by intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations in protecting minorities and in promoting and protecting the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities. It is appropriate to take measures for European countries to ensure that persons belonging to minorities can enjoy all their human rights and fundamental freedoms in a complete and effective manner; apply without any discrimination and with complete equality before the law. that this cooperation will help strengthen friendship between people and countries.
