E/2003/43 E/C.19/2003/22 Chapter II Introduction 1. The Forum held its first session at United Nations Headquarters from 13 to 24 May 2002 and submitted its report to the Council.5 2. By its decision 2002/285, the Council decided that the second session of the Forum would be held at United Nations Headquarters from 12 to 23 May 2003. 3.
