The Working Group urges States to sign and ratify the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and follow past recommendations from the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination that affect all migrants. 99. The Working Group also urges States parties to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination to take more decisive actions towards meeting their obligations under the Convention and States not parties to take the measures necessary to ratify it. 22/22 21-11641
