E/C.12/FRA/CO/3 page 9 54. The Committee further encourages the State party to consider ratifying Protocol No. 12 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. 55. The Committee invites the State party to submit a common core document in accordance with the 2006 harmonized guidelines on reporting to the international human rights treaty monitoring bodies (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.4, Chap. I). 56. The Committee requests the State party to disseminate the present concluding observations widely among all levels of society, in particular, among State officials, the judiciary and civil society organizations in general, and to inform the Committee on all steps taken to implement them in its next periodic report. It also encourages the State party to continue engaging non-governmental organizations and other members of civil society in the process of discussion at the national level prior to the submission of its next periodic report. 57. The Committee requests the State party to submit its fourth periodic report by 30 June 2011. -----
