 Their full incorporation into the benefits of development implies achieving that education contributes to making our countries pluricultural countries that are even more intercultural and consequently, democratic; in this way, interculturality means that the relationships between different members of society are based in the knowledge and appreciation of the richness that signifies diversity. It also implies counting on quality programs of cultural attention that are linguistically pertinent, and that establish spaces of participation and co-responsibility.  Due to all these reasons, my delegation suggests that in the conclusions of this forum the importance of the quality of education be placed prominently, with a bilingual and intercultural focus, and that education be available to all, inclusive, and without limitation to the marginalized classes of our society.
