A/RES/60/172 (g) To submit reports to the United Nations treaty bodies to which it has assumed a reporting obligation and to give due regard to the recommendations and concluding observations of those treaty bodies, the most recent being the recommendations and concluding observations of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination; (h) To fulfil its responsibility to ensure that those responsible for human rights violations are brought to justice; 4.
