I am Siavash Mubaraki from Sistan and Baluchistan, Iran.
Here the elites mean both, instrumental elites in governments and intellectual ones. Also, political,
cultural and social activists. Certainly, every elite at every local, national, regional and international level
has a different geographical or spiritual impact. Elites, regardless of their ethnicity or religion, can
immediately publish their thoughts and ideas in social networks, in large numbers and in the shortest
possible time. In recent years, several conspiracies have been launched against thousands of years unity
and peaceful coexistence of the Iranian people. In such a situation, we must equip the minds of elites
through various means, including holding meetings and producing works that emphasize convergence,
cooperation and respect for diversity, and so on. This is done much easier through social networks.
Thus, when communication takes place between elites, especially members of different identity groups,
including racial, religious, ethnic, linguistic, political and cultural ones, it paves the way for a kind of
dialogue and peaceful interaction between them. The dissemination of these communications and
interactions reproduces this situation among the target community and the audience of each party and
probably causes interactions between them at different levels. In fact, here we must first coordinate the
elites, train them, facilitate their communication, and create a general process at the level of society and
different multicultural societies, especially with different minorities.
