With a view to engaging in a constructive dialogue, the Special Rapporteur has multiplied her efforts, and will continue to do so, in order to be as precise as possible and to raise specific questions with the Governments concerned, based on the information received that she deems most credible. The Special Rapporteur hopes that the specificity of the communications will have the positive effect of raising the number and quality of responses received from States. IV. In situ visits A.
