that no individual shall be restricted in his actions or arrested or imprisoned except according to the law. The national identity card, which is granted to all Saudi citizens, shows no indication of discrimination between all the sons of the Saudi people. I would like to confirm again, that there isn’t any form of discrimination between Saudi citizens based on the regions they come from, their race, their colour or their sect.
