Tendayi Achiume* Summary The present report of the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, E. Tendayi Achiume, is being submitted to the Human Rights Council pursuant to General Assembly resolution 76/149. In the report, the Special Rapporteur summarizes submissions of States regarding the actions they have taken to combat the glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, and outlines relevant information submitted by non-governmental organizations. The Special Rapporteur provides information about the relevant international legal framework, and also provides recommendations for Member States. * Agreement was reached to publish the present report after the standard publication date owing to circumstances beyond the submitter’s control.
