Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to submit, through the Secretary-General, a report on the implementation of the programme of activities for the Decade to the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth session; 11. Takes note of Economic and Social Council decision 2003/306 of 25 July 2003 concerning the initiation of its review of the Decade, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 50/157; 12.
