In preparing the report, the Special Rapporteur invited submissions from Member States and other relevant stakeholders on measures to combat the glorification of Nazism, neo-Nazism and other practices that contribute to fuelling contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance. The report sets out the applicable international legal framework, summarizes the submissions received from Member States, presents an analysis on contemporary manifestations and trends in neo-Nazism, and advances recommendations addressed to Member States and other relevant stakeholders. * The present document was submitted to the conference services for processing after the deadline so as to include the most recent information.
