The Special Rapporteur recommends that civil society organizations: (a) Increase monitoring on inequalities in attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals based on ethnicity, religion or language, including by collaborating with development actors, international human rights organizations and United Nations entities; (b) Consider, in their efforts to advance the Sustainable Development Goals, reporting on issues such as statelessness, education and economic participation of minorities in development schemes or projects with a view to ensuring that they are inclusive and non-discriminatory. 22/22 21-09902
