The Forum held its first session at United Nations Headquarters from 13 to 24 May 2002 and submitted its report to the Economic and Social Council.1 2. The Forum held its second session at United Nations Headquarters from 12 to 23 May 2003.2 3. By its decision 2003/304, the Council decided that the third session of the Forum would be held at United Nations Headquarters from 10 to 21 May 2004.
