Dissemination

The Committee recommends that the combined third and fourth periodic report
and written replies submitted by the State party and related recommendations (concluding
observations) it adopted be made widely available to the public at large, civil society
organizations, youth groups, and children in order to generate debate and awareness of the
Convention, its implementation and monitoring. Further, it recommends that the
translation into minority languages be included in the dissemination efforts.
11. Next report
99.
The Committee invites the State party to submit the fifth periodic report, by 20
October 2012. This report should not exceed 120 pages (see CRC/C/118) and should
include information on the implementation of the Optional Protocols on the sale of
children, child prostitution and child pornography and on the involvement of children in
armed conflict.
100. The Committee also invites the State party to submit an updated core document in
accordance with the requirements of the common core document in the “Harmonized
guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties, including guidelines
on a common core document and treaty-specific documents”, approved at the Fifth
Inter-Committee meeting of the human rights treaty bodies in June 2006
(HRI/MC/2006/3).
