States should combat discrimination against minority women and girls in
education with a particular emphasis on and steps addressing the specific gender
dimension of the effect of such discrimination on minority women and girls.
56.
Where possible, States should consider designing a national strategy that
includes the empowerment of minority women and girls, inter alia, through education
in, and the teaching of, their own languages.
57.
States should include minority women in decision-making affecting education
in, and the teaching of, their languages.
