In accordance with paragraph 2 (b) of Human Rights Council resolution 33/25, the report of the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples entitled “Efforts to implement the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples: the rights of Indigenous Peoples to their traditional economies” will be considered by the Council at its sixtieth session and will be the subject of an interactive dialogue with the Chair-Rapporteur of the Expert Mechanism. 2. The report of the Expert Mechanism is contained in document A/HRC/EMRIP/2025/3.
