At the 16th meeting, on 23 May, the Rapporteur introduced the draft decisions and recommendations and the draft report of the Permanent Forum on its thirteenth session, as well as a number of oral revisions. 86. At the same meeting, the Secretary of the Forum read out a statement of the programme budget implications of draft decision V. 87.
