This addendum to the report of the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief (A/HRC/4/21) gives an account of communications transmitted by the Special Rapporteur between 1 December 2005 and 30 November 2006. It also contains the replies received from Governments to her communications by 30 January 2007, as well as observations of the Special Rapporteur where considered appropriate. Many of these observations refer to the framework for communications which has been annexed to her last report to the Commission on Human Rights (see E/CN.4/2006/5, paras. 28-35 and Annex).
