I’m from Mongolian ethnic group. As of June 2020 [?] in China amounting 140 million was Internet penetration reaching 67% with the greatest number of [?]. China pays great attention to the comprehensive management of the cyberspace. As a multiethnic country, China insists on upholding the ethnic unity, safeguarding the freedom of the religious belief. [?] against spreading online message concerning ethnic hatred and discrimination, and those which harm ethnic and religious unity and popularize religious extremism. For one thing, about mentioned regulations are fortified a relevance law about cyber space management and specific laws and regulations, such as the regulation on the [?]. For another, the government set up illegal and malicious information conference center to encourage the [?] to actively participate in the cyberspace management. Cyberspace shall not become a place out of law. The state needs to balance the strict law on online information, national security and the public interest to realize the efficient governance of cyber space. The individuals need to regulate their own online space to keep their alignment to their actions. The social media also needs to contribute to efforts by strengthening their own management and fulfilling their responsibility. I believe, with efforts from various parties, the cyber space will become the platform of civilization. Thank you!
