A/RES/73/192 International cooperation to address and counter the world drug problem implementation of the commitments made to jointly address and counter the world drug problem in the light of the 2019 target date set out in the Political Declaration, encourages the Commission to keep the General Assembly informed of developments in the process, and welcomes the briefings and updates provided by the Commission to Member States and all relevant stakeholders; 116. Calls upon all Member States to actively participate in the discussions of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs in preparation for the ministerial segment in 2019 to foster an in-depth exchange of information and expertise on efforts, achievements, challenges and best practices to address and counter the world drug problem, and encourages all other relevant stakeholders to make contributions in this regard; 117. Encourages the Commission on Narcotic Drugs to continue to include in its report to the Economic and Social Council a section on the progress made in the implementation of the recommendations of the outcome document of the thirtieth special session of the General Assembly; 118.
