CEDAW/C/51/D/19/2008 (i) Provide housing commensurate in quality, location and size to the one that she was deprived of; (ii) Provide appropriate monetary compensation for material and moral damages commensurate with the gravity of the violations of her rights; (b) General (i) Recruit and train more aboriginal women to provide legal aid to women from their communities, including on domestic violence and property rights; (ii) Review its legal aid system to ensure that aboriginal women who are victims of domestic violence have effective access to justice. 12. In accordance with article 7, paragraph 4, of the Optional Protocol, the State party shall give due consideration to the views of the Committee, together with its recommendations, and shall submit to the Committee, within six months, a written response, including any information on any action taken in the light of the views and recommendations of the Committee. The State party is also requested to publish the Committee’s views and recommendations and to have them widely disseminated in order to reach all relevant sectors of society.
