A/75/183 responsibility-sharing into concrete action through effective cooperation and solidarity on voluntary repatriation; facilitating local integration or resettlement; and looking for region-wide durable solutions that respect and protect the human rights of migrants; (p) Ensure that measures taken in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic meet international human rights standards and that migrants, especially migrant children, are included in all aspects of national responses to the global health crisis. States should immediately release migrant children and their families from immigration detention into non-custodial and community-based alternatives to detention in order to protect the rights and health of migrants and staff in th ese facilities.
