In today's world, human being spends most of their time in social networks, which providing a suitable
platform for the growth and expansion of relationships at the community level, also creates a deep
psychological dependence, which in turn, the individual is influenced by many different political, social
and cultural fronts.
One of the problems facing multicultural societies is the organized and humiliating attacks to ethnicities
on social networks. This misbehavior, which results in deep ethnic divisions and ultimately hatred,
should be recognized by the international legal community as a social crime and a crime against human
society, and special laws should be enacted to prevent the development of this blatant cultural crime.
Given that social networks are managed by ultra-intelligent systems, so the sense of responsibility for
the published content and its destructive effects is on the owners of these industries and networks,
which should be more widely and professionally monitored and by enacting the necessary laws to
prevent the creation of double problems for tribes, minorities, as well as the development of hatred in
human societies.
We hope that with the beginning of cultural movements by young and aware society around the world,
we will see a reduction in discriminatory, anti-human, racist and oppressive movements towards
different ethnic groups, minorities and communities.
