Adoption of the report of the Forum on its fourth session. Draft decision V1 Proposal for a second international decade of the world’s indigenous people The Economic and Social Council recommends to the General Assembly that it declare a second international decade of the world’s indigenous peoples after the conclusion of the current International Decade of the World’s Indigenous Peoples in 2004. 2
