Action Plan for the implementation of the decision in the case Sejdic and Finci v. BiH, as well as other decisions under the same or similar grounds before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. In order to address obligations arising from these decisions, it is necessary to reach a political agreement in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 14
