I turn to RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Indicate to the authorities of Ukraine about the inadmissibility of limiting the constitutional rights to participate in the elections of parties and opposition candidates. 2) Stop the persecution and language-based violence of the Russian-speaking citizens of Ukraine. 3) Pay attention to the physical destruction of Roma in Ukraine. 4) Eliminate the legal chaos and the support of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Nazi assault groups of pseudo-patriots.
