A/HRC/27/68 Programme of Action builds on the 12 years of experience of the Working Group, the recommendations of various stakeholders and the active participation of most of the Member States and civil society and experts that attended the twelfth session of the Working Group. The Working Group recommends that its Programme of Action serve as the basis for practical activities to be developed at the national, regional and international levels during the International Decade for People of African Descent. 16
