Trade union and employer organizations can make comments on regular reports, but they can also make comments at any time when they have information regarding a member state’s non-compliance with a Convention they have ratified. The independent Committee of Experts reviews the reports and information received. Observations Direct Requests Direct Requests are sent directly to the Government concerned. Observations are published in the report of the Committee of Experts.
