Support the European Union in mainstreaming human rights concerns into migration and border management policies and implementing the relevant, recent judgements of the European Court of Human Rights, therefore developing further synergies between the two organizations. To the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights 136. Continue its vital work in developing the evidence base related to key migration and human rights issues, including border management, integration and access to justice. Raise the profile of these issues and report on key challenges. 137. Integrate follow-up to the 2014 Fundamental Rights Conference into that work. To the European Ombudsperson 138. Continue its crucial work in establishing accountability for violations of migrants’ rights. 139. Develop further cooperation between national human rights institutions and the European Ombudsperson on issues related to migration. 22
