minorities. Millions of Ukrainians will not be able to teach their children in their native language. The law introduces a de facto ban on receiving education in any language other than Ukrainian. Based on the decisions of the Forum of National Minorities of Ukraine in Hungary, I turn to the UN recommendations. Recommendations: To prevent an endless stream of migration from Ukraine and increase the number of stateless persons. We recommend the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights: - to support our demand for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to repeal Article No. 7 of the Law of Ukraine on Education, as violating the constitutional rights of the national minorities of Ukraine to receive education in their native language. Revise all the articles of this law, taking into account the requirements of the Venice Commission. - Considering that in all EU countries, the USA and Canada, the nationality is RUSYN, and in the original homeland of the Carpathian Rusyns in Ukraine they are denied this we recommend the UN as a Sinti and Roma to create a permanent group at the UN to resolve the issue of official recognition of nationality - RUSYN in Ukraine. And the Ukrainian authorities immediately stop the practice of information blockade of Rusyn in the media and the practice of persecuting supporters of the Rusynian movement.
