I would like to in having listened to the different human rights defenders, and given the need to strengthen monitoring mechanisms, I would say that there is a difference between preparing reports and ensuring the rights of minorities. For example, Colombia ratified the ILO Convention 167 and yet this right has not been fully guaranteed in their communities. A second example one of the main problems of displacement has meant that Colombia has incorporated the guiding principles in the legislation and yet there is a problem of the promotion of indigenous peoples rights on the ground, Thank you very much.
