The Cultural Rights Manual is published in 2022. All references in the Cultural Rights Manual are correct at the time of completion (May 2022). The publication is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark through the New Democracy Fund program. New Democracy Fund is a program built on dialogue, cooperation, that aims to create new and strengthen the existing relations between civil society organisations in the Eastern Neighbourhood Countries and Denmark.
