A/68/333 exclusion, the Special Rapporteur recommends that Member States adopt or strengthen special measures aimed at fostering integration of racial and ethnic minorities or other groups and individuals that have traditionally been discriminated against, especially in the areas of education, health, housing, food and water supplies and in the workplace. 22/22 13-43133
