The Committee also welcomes the ratification by the State Party of the following
international human rights treaties:
(a)
The Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the
involvement of children in armed conflict, in July 2004;
(b)
The Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the
sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, in May 2002;
(c)
The Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of
Discrimination Against Women, in October 2010;
(d)
The Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in
Respect of Intercountry Adoption, in April 2007;
(e)
The United Nations Convention against Corruption, in September 2007;
(f)
The Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons,
Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against
Transnational Organized Crime, in July 2007;
(g)
The ILO Convention No. 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate
Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour, in March 2006;
(h)
The Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel,
Inhuman and Degrading Treatment and Punishment; in September 2005;

The Committee welcomes efforts by the State party to implement the Committee’s
concluding observations on the State party’s initial report (CRC/C/15/Add.128).
Nevertheless, the Committee regrets that some of its concerns and recommendations have
been insufficiently or only partly addressed.
7.
The Committee urges the State party to take all necessary measures to address
those recommendations from the concluding observations on its initial report that
have not yet been implemented or sufficiently implemented, particularly those related
