ensure
an
adequate
political
participation
of
ethnic

groups

to
effectively
prevent
the

ethnic

the

and
social-‐economic

of

in

this

undertaken

level,

establish
a

Minorities
Commission
and
to
set
up
a
national
policy
for
the
promotion
and
protection
of

languages

further
steps
to
address
discrimination
against
minority
and
vulnerable
groups
including
reviewing
issues
surrounding
the
terms
indigene-‐indigenous
and
taking
action
to
discourage
politicians
from
using
religious,
ethnic
or
settler
indigene
division
for
political
ends
(from
the
United
Kingdom);
and
that
within
the
framework
of
its
national
Inter-‐Religious
Council
and
the
Institute
