The purpose of the visit was to understand, in a spirit of cooperation and constructive dialogue, how the Government endeavours to implement cultural rights, assess the laws and policies relevant to the enjoyment of these rights and identify good practices in, and possible obstacles to, the promotion and protection of cultural rights in the country. The Special Rapporteur makes recommendations with a view to assisting the Government and other relevant actors in their efforts to address challenges in implementing cultural rights for all in Poland. * The summary of the report is being circulated in all official languages.
