CERD/C/112/D/74/2021 breach an international commitment made by Switzerland. On the basis of this guarantee, and taking into account G.I.’s vulnerability, which has worsened substantially since the Federal Administrative Court’s decision, and the structural barriers Roma women face in gaining access to psychotherapeutic and medical treatment, the Committee invites the State party to accept the petitioners’ request for re-examination on the basis of the new reports, which were produced belatedly, and in the meantime to ensure that G.I. receives the care she needs while she remains on the territory of the State party and is able to gain access to medical assistance upon her return.
