The reported widespread violence in schools, particularly among students; The quality of education and the situation of the most vulnerable groups of The Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Take all necessary measures to ensure that the right to education is fully implemented so that children belonging to vulnerable groups, including rural children, children living in economic hardship and deprivation, Roma children and children from other minority groups, refugee and internally displaced children, fully enjoy their right to education; (b) Improve the efficiency of the educational system, including through appropriate budget allocations; (c) Improve professional qualification of teachers and in particular pay attention to slow learners and the high drop-out rates among vulnerable groups of children; (d) Enhance efforts for the training of teachers before and in-service with the view of enhancing the interactive learning methods; (e) Increase the availability of vocational training programmes for young people, in order to facilitate their access to the labour market; 62. In the light of article 29 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party: (a) Further strengthen efforts to improve the quality of education by continued curriculum reform; (b) Include education on human rights, including on the rights of the child, in the general educational curriculum; (c) Establish adequate programmes and activities with a view to creating a school environment of tolerance, peace and understanding of cultural diversity shared by all children to prevent intolerance, bullying and discrimination in schools and society at large; (d) Take account of the Committee’s general comment No. 1 (2001) on the aims of education, in particular with regard to children belonging to the most
