Good morning and thank you for giving us the floor; The provisional Government of the Free Territory of Trieste was here one year ago, asking to take into consideration the following points: - To give the Free Territory of Trieste the Observer Status in the United Nations To provide the Citizens of the Free Territory with a valid document. These requests were made in consideration that the United Nations share the sovereignty of the Free Territory, whilst the UN Security Council is to assure the integrity and the independence of the Territory as per 1947 Peace Treaty and as per Security Council Resolution 16. Since last time we were here, we had no interactions with any UN official, despite requesting follow up information, and now the problems in Trieste are increasing at a level of high concern, that can soon create an alarming social unrest, especially in the current global situation. We are here to ask again the same questions, in the meanwhile, we are organising ourselves as our right to do so, and will keep you informed of any decision taken. For a start, we have arranged to create the official documents of the Free Territory for citizens and residents and attached a copy to this statement for your information. If there is any issue, please let us know within 30 days, otherwise we will consider that you have no issues about it and you agree that we provide it to the population from January 2024. We are also engaging with international lawyers to understand the current issues of territorial legitimacy, as we are concern in relation to the actions of other nation-states operating in the Free Territory outside their borders, with no mandate and no legal responsibilities. We can also provide evidence of people that have been wrongly sentenced in Trieste by the current illegitimate court, that convicts them without even the opportunity to defend themselves using another state law at their convenience. To conclude, the Free Territory exists and there is no mandate to other nation states to be inside its borders, or to apply their laws in a territory in which they are not legitimated or mandated to stay. Some claim it is a temporary administration, to us it seems a never-ending illegal occupation. Thank you.
