Padmaz Madame Chair, My name is Abdulrahman Heidari. I am representing the Patriotic Arabic Democratic Movement of Al-Ahwaz in Padmaz. Although taking part in this Forum, which is a great opportunity for minorities to share their concern with others, it has its own risk as well. For example, last year, my family back in my occupied country Al-Ahwaz, were threatened and humiliated by the Iranian authorities because of my participation in this Forum. Also a warning message was sent to me, it threatened me that if I don’t stop my activities they will reach me, meaning they will assassinate me or kidnap me, similar to what happened to [?] Ahwazi citizen. Madame Chair, Thousand of Ahwazi activists have scarified their lives for the sake of their oppressed nation. The Iranian regime has implemented a wide range of racist policies in order to erase our identity, including anti Arab policy. Basically, the Arab hatred is one of the main cause of Iranian nationalism. I refer you to many books written in this regard, latest of which are murdered by Iranian nationalism [?].
